I'm not being evasive, I just did a Google search to see what 46 Peel Street, Hull brings up!

We used them to get our European trademark so that's why that address is listed.

yep sorry wasnt intending to be nosey just interested as the same persons that have warehoused huge number of .eu domains were/are using that same address,
