is ND slow for you ?

hi all

is the ND control panel slow and pages loading slow ?

as it is toooo unbearable for me

Its been too painful for me of late.. a good 3 minutes sometimes loading a page and also get alot msg's like "script is taking a long time.. do you want to wait" with Firefox.

Unfortunatly ive had to park alot of my domains elsewhere. Hopefully Ed can get things upto speed soon. Maybe something like eaccelerator, mod_gzip or speeding up mysql could help.

Or if you wanna spend a few quid Ed how about clustering a few servers and get a load balancer in

control panel slow and timing out.

page serving painful... just taken 90s to load a page and graphics. Not good. If i was a visitor I'd just close the page!

... and now totally frozen. This is the busiest browsing time of the week. Not the time for server issues.

speeded up now... was painful ~8-10pm gmt page load was v.slow.

Might want to use something like loadavg - LabradorData : loadavg
if you don't already do so.

Thanks Tifosi. I know that tech wanted to do something today, but they said it had no effect on the system. I'll see if I can find out what happened.

I'm off to Miami tomorrow for the T.R.A.F.F.I.C conference, so I may be slow on here. I'll also ask James to keep a watchful eye

Ed, did you have something where by I could add domains with a single URL or email I seem to remember a post a while back about such a thing.. basically a quick and easy way to add xx domains per day without login in and clicking through the CP.

Yesterday I had an issue with getting in via .co.uk, I switched to .com .... all cool and fairly fast
