Stats Update 20th July

Some of you may have noticed that yesterday, 20th July, the NameDrive homepage was periodically slow or unreachable due to a routine server upgrade to increase page load times.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Parking earnings will be altered shortly to ensure that no revenue is lost.

Hi guys,

Some of you may have noticed that NameDrive's pages are loading a little slowly from time to time. This is due to connectivity issues during some summer maintenance we are undergoing in order to provide faster, more responsive services. We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing at the moment and will, as usual, more than compensate you for any loss of earnings as a result.

Can ND kindly confirm when compensation will be applied ? Monday's stats have just updated and are about 30% to 40% down in terms of traffic, clicks & rev. from what I would expect from a typical Monday. Sundays stats on my account were 35% better than Monday's and Saturdays were 10% better, normally weekends are at least 20 to 30% down on Monday's figures if not more, so somewhat underwhelmed by the 'more than compensate you for any loss of earnings as a result' promise.

Hello Johnp,

You can see in the front office that the last day to be updated was Sunday as we haven't run the update yet. When the update is run, we shall also apply compensation. You can see when this is finished when the 2 orange update lines are on Monday and not on Sunday on your portfolio overview.

Thanks, just saw the revenue figure for Monday change so assumed that was the final figure, thanks for the explanation.
