![]() | Namedrive down - How long
Namedrive has been showing the following message for a couple of hours to my knowledge. Anyone know how long it has been there? Hello NameDriver, We are currently undergoing routine maintenance. Please check back in a while. Thanks for your support, Team ND Whilst not being able to log into namedrive account is annoying, I accept that maintenance is necessary, however none of my parked domains resolve so it isn't just the inconvenience of not being able to log into the account, it is actually costing me in lost revenue. Anyone from namedrive here to give an update on how long this has been down and when it will be back?

Not sure about your domain names, but my domains were taking over 5 minutes to open which surely would put of a potential clicker.

Hi guys, Sorry I didn't reply earlier. I was checking sporadically throughout the day and I couldn't get onto Acorn - yup, blame someone else. Our tech's term 'routine' was probably not the best for the phrase on the homepage, this was maintenance on a grand scale which, like all big tech products threw up a few un-foreseeable challenges. The slowdowns were kept as minimal as possible and we purposefully chose a Saturday night (US) in the middle of August to make these changes are this is one of the lowest-traffic times of the year. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience and we will certainly reimburse anyone if we find their parking earnings were affected. We took these steps now to ensure everything runs nice and smoothly for a long time to come. Ed
