Hello all,

I have seen a couple of valuation posts in this forum so I thought I would ask if mine are any good.

pcoffer.co.uk
ipodclassic.co.uk
ipod-touch.co.uk (2000 - 5000 uniques p/m) I have stats from Sept 2007 if required.

in fact looking at the stats it averages 3k per month with a spike to over 5k in December.

wow you get everywhere

The ipod one doesn't do bad at all it makes about 4k a year but I could make it double that no problem just don't have the time these days I seemto spend all my time chasing that pot of gold at the end of the internet rainbow.

It was number 2 for ipod touch on G in the uk search but has slipped a little now, I have just tweaked it to boost it back up the rankings, I think it will be 3 - 4 in a couple of days.

I see it got to number one in the Uk for its main term, well done - did the traffic shoot up much?

I feel you would be the best person to value these as you are running the sites and making sales, so valuation would really be based on a sales multiple, but here are my thoughts on the domains alone:

pcoffer.co.uk - The name sounds nice enough, but I feel valuation is in the low hundreds because it's not a high traffic term, therefore not that useful in terms of SEO.

ipodclassic.co.uk / ipod-touch.co.uk - The problem with these domains is that they are based on Apple's IP. That said, they are very useful in obtaining an SEO advantage on a very popular consumer product and therefore have good value, but only for as long as Apple doesn't get upset about it. This risk brings the value of the domains down somewhat.
