Domain Name Registration

Hi,

Hope someone can help a newbie!

I have 3 domain names, at present hosted and registered with NamesCo.

I am in the process of moving the hosting to Servage, as it will be cheaper.

Can I renew the registrations with NamesCo as they become due and still host elsewhere. It seems easier than paying for the privilege of moving them AND paying to renew.

What are the pros and cons?

Thanks

Frances

Hi, welcome to Acorn.

Have you read any reviews about Servage hosting? have a read of this page:

Servage Review, User Reviews of Servage

I came across Servage quite a while back when I was looking for webhosts, no matter what website review you look at, nearly everything written about Servage is negative.

Sorry, didn't actually answer your question!:

You can leave your domain registrations be, you just need to change the nameservers to point at the servage ones for hosting
