Trademark Question

I have just found a good domain that is available on the .me extension.

I have checked with the trademark issues and it has got lots of trademark applications some refused but others seem to be registered.

After looking at the different extensions I have noticed they are all registered except the .me which i like anyway.

But they are all registered to diffrent owners except the .co.uk which seems to be held by the trademark owners.

Can I buy this on the .me or avoid it ?

Regards

Gav

If you were to attempt to promote the business products or services that their UK trademark covers (i.e. the particular classes) via a UK website, then the trademark owner could take action against you.

If it's a generic term and/or you're not going to promote the products/services covered by their trademark, then it may be a possibility.

Took a gamble

Just registered it

Might not be worth anything but I have a few ideas for it.
