Can .com's be caught?

Can .com's be caught?

Probably seems like a silly question, but I've been unable to find an answer delving into the forum.

Theres a .com that I'm after that's showing:

And I' wondering whats involved in trying to bag it? Only had limited experiance with .co.uk's.

Any advice would be very much apprecaited.

Try these guys out...

Snapnames.com and Pool.com

There are many companies out there which offer this service, namejet being another.
