In the UK Expired Domain Names and Drop Lists section...where do the lists come from? Who compiles the list?
I have found a couple of corking domains in there with good backlinks still intact, so the service is great...I'm just curious.

Also, what contributes to a good aged domain...is it just the quality of its backward links

Normally Admin posts in there, they will be lists he has complied himself.

so is he a registrar? is that what you need to be to have access to the lists?

He normally posts details of available names so he is probably scanning old drop lists and listing what is still free to reg.

You can get a daily drop list here: DomainLore Customer Section which is produced 7 days in advance of a domain dropping.
