registering a fr domain?

Hello, does somebody know how to reg a .fr domain name if you don't have a France address? I've tried with GoDaddy (They offering you a fr trustee for a price per year) but didn't work. Thanks.

Have a look at this press release.

It seams that registrations are subject to random checks and are only 'legal' for French citizens (until 2012?).

Do you qualify?
