Three Letter Domains

Are ALL three letter .co.uk domains worth good money (more than reg fee), or does it depend on what the letters are?

If you have letters like x,y,z,q in them then you';d probably be seeing low �200's as a minimum.

Random mainstream letters would usually make �300

3 letters than mean something may go well into x,xxx

And I assume LLLL.co.uk domains are of little value unless they are generic or brandable?

Sorry, one more question... What about three character domains with a mix of letters and numbers, are they worth anything just because they only have three characters?

LLL.org.uk don't have a minimum price unless, I think there are still lots free to register.

LLLL.co.uk aren't worth much unless they are actually a word. Have seen a few brandable ones go for low �xx but not many.

What makes LLL valuable is simply their use as acronyms for companies. Due to being short they are more memorable too.
There are probably more potential end users for abc.co.uk than qkh.co.uk, therefore some letters are deemed 'better' than others, depending on the target language.

I'd look at it this way; any domains worth more than their registration fee would have already been bought by now -- either by individuals, or the domain registrars themselves with the same idea of reselling them.
I don't think there have been any 3-letter combos of .COM domains for years (if I had only jumped on that back in '95)

but they seem to have quite a bit of value on the aftermarket.
