The firm didn’t get the name they want at a price they want to pay, that’s a free market for you…..Not the first or last time that will happen… If the've been trading globally and not been bothered to get info/advice on acquiring trademark protection etc that’s there fault… The seller wishes a return if its high or low makes no difference, It’s not unethical its business….
