domain name with number high search volume local

i's around 8000 searches on google key word exact match local monthly, however the keywords are long 3 words + contains digits, would I go for it, the comeptition is low, do you think that there is a reason why they've been left ? cheers

Doesn't sound like it's going to be a good quality domain simply from the fact it has three words and numbers too, but for reference you may want to think about:

What extension is the available domain?
How are you judging the competition to be low?
Can money be made from it?
Does the term include a potential trade mark?

The list goes on...

the niche is service oriented, it only gives information to users rather than a well defined product to buy or sell, I searched the kw using google tool, how can it make money ? well I thinking about because of what I mentioned earlier.

That's really the be and end all. However of course it's possible to stumble on a niche without realising it's value which is part of the domain valuing game.

If you don't have skills in domain development or access to them then stick to the basics.
