Since last posting on the issue of "easy" prefix domains, we have had a great response and lots of helpful advice from forum members. I would further like to share with any persons who are experiencing domain issues with Stelios and the easy clan. easy plc originally stated in a written letter to us back in 2009 that they had no objections to the use of "easy" in our prefix provided it was not wriiten in lower case and the wording was separated with no orange in logos. Further it seems there exists easy prefix domains one in particular easytraveller.gr who enjoys a no hassle status, is it because the "BIG MAN" allows special dispensation to his countrymen or perhaps the Greeks also invented the word "easy" all the while imposing his will on UK domain holders. A special thanks to David Hansel of Hansel Henson lawyers who offered some of the best unstinting advice.

Seems like Easyspace.com has got away with it too, they even have an orange logo....

seems thay have changed the colour slightly not so orangey but did speak with them originally, who informed me that they had been there before the BIG MAN started his easy career
