Transfer time period

Sorry for the awful title and basic question!

Could someone please tell me if there is a minimum waiting time between transferring .uk domains please? For example, I've sold .com's in the past and need to wait 60 days from the date of transferring in to the registrar.

This could be a registrar policy not ICANN I suppose...

no waiting with uk domains they can be tranfered straight away

The only delay in registrant transfer will be if the accepting registrar drags their heels accepting the handshake -- which is what happened

I thought some registrars will hold UK domains for 60 days before release to transfer as well as TLDs...
