�80+ cpc

I've come across a few domains with �80+ CPC, with exacts (local) of between 200 and 800.

I know this is a bit vague, but for the sake of a reg fee, do you think it is worth a punt on developing a minisite with those kind of stats?

Some are .co.uk, most are .org.uk.

My advice is type the term into adsense and once you have your site ranked, contact those that advertise with adsense and offer them competitive deals to advertise with you.

Google payouts can be as little as 8% of what they get paid by advertisers. So even if you charge 30% of what Google do, you are still quids in.
