can anybody advise me please

can any body help me i have seen a domain that i want

threemobileintheuk.com is this allowed or will it be a trademark infringement

i was only going to promote 3 mobile phones anyway

any advice would be appreciated

"three" or "3" has never been a generic word for a mobile phone, it's a brand that Three have created from scratch.

yes its a trademark and if you were only making a few pounds per month I would guess they wouldn't care much if your only advertising products from them but if it gets alot of sales and performs well in the search results they may decide to lay claim to it as a trademark infringement so it really isn't worth the hassle.
