Red face Domain dissapearing from 123reg control panel..

I know this is a question specific to 123reg but I imagine the answer will be fairly general....

I purchased a few domains from 123-reg and then changed the nameservers so that I could add them to my Sedo account and use the domain parking. The domains that I changed the nameservers now do not exist on my 123-reg account control panel... is this usual? just out of interest, how do I get it back from Sedo, so that I can access it via my 123-reg account.

Thanks in advance.

Ray.

Are you sure it was just the nameservers you changed and not the IPS tag?

I'd check the WhoIs records if I were you just to make sure. I have the opposite problem with 123-Reg in the sense that after TAG changes I've still got the domains in my CP. Sometimes months later

Thanks for your reply, have checked the whois record still has me as the registrant and 123-reg as the registrar with the sedo nameservers. I'm guessing its something I should chase up with 123-reg.

Thanks again for your advice.

Ray
