Hi

I have been recommended I come here to this forum to find someone who can help me, for commision, to sell a couple of domain names I have and also a couple of full websites.

I have today put up the main website on Sedo, I have asked for an appraisal which should come through in the next 7 days. I also thought I would put it up as a featured website for 30 days but thought I should wait for the appraisal first.

Is it okay to put it up for appraisal on this forum as well and is it a good idea?

Also, can anyone recommend a good broker who could help me to sell these fairly quickly?

Sorry about all the questions and thank you for taking the time to read through them, as you can see I am completely clueless.

There are buyers around here Kezza, if you post the site and some rough traffic/income stats if the site is any good you will soon get contacted.

The website has been live since 2002, has numerous page one positions for scottish property related keyphrases. Will dig out a ranking check for anyone interested.

It has a main admin area for uploading and managing property details and photos, as well as an owners area where they can manage their own property details. This has an admin notification/approval email system. There is also a property wanted section which at the moment is free where people can upload a property wanted ad, again this activates an admin notification/approval email.

Property owners are contacted via an email system, again with admin notification.

Don't have conventional stats (ie. analytics) but here is a url of a page on the site where we have put up the site stats that we do have.

If you dont mind me asking are you selling because the market has slumped?

Give it 12-18 months and the property market will come back stronger = higher revenue

No, not because of the slump, just bad timing. Been meaning to sell for ages just not got around to it before.

Typical that I find the time just when things are going down hill.
