This site has never been offered for sale before and is only advertised for sale on this forum. It is for a specific area but after all that is what a local community web site should be doing. Still on track with 5% monthly growth. Traffic now over 25,000 per month and forum membership has just passed 1750. |

If you are interesting in acquiring this site I would be interested to know what your objectives are... whether you run a similar project, are looking to drive traffic to another site or want to take it on for its investment potential and build the site up.
