Do you have full copyright to the content of the site and is it original or has it been ripped off others?

There is duplicate content out there for the tutorials etc on the site, so basically trying to establish which is the original

Hey buddy. I have no copyrights as such. Its a collection of all good stuff in one site and my visitors are just loving it all in one place You can completely change the look and feel of my website though

What I meant was that I would buy the site but then could get sued for stealing peoples content in the future?

You cant just copy and paste other peoples content and then try and sell it :s

Yeah! One thing I is I may have copied some content from other sites. But thats not the whole Idea. I am basically trying to sell the Domain. You can make a site of your own too. I have gained the popularity required in most of the search engines using optimization which would took rather 2 months. An advantage for you is you already have the popularity required and hence the site is already famous. Plus i give u five cd's full of ebooks and so u can take its help too.

I suggest pulling the website as its stolen content, then sell the domain seperately.

However if you are happy to steal content and leave it there after being informed of its dubious nature I think it will be hard to find a buyer who will trust you?!

It has got very good rankings for all the keywords present in the meta tags. You can check it by useing some search engine rank check softwares or websites. Also The current ranking from linkpopularity.com

The only problem is that even if I buy this entire site, it’ll appear again next day under a different name. I wonder if this is a common practice in India, and if there is there a practical way to make Mr. Hemanth Balaji remove the stolen content?
