I have a number of estate agent domains with active sites, which are enjoying reasonably good ranking. One in particular I would accept an offer for is -
www.estate-agent-leeds.org.uk.

It could be developed in a number of ways.

It has a Google PR2 page rank.

for the popular search term 'estate agent leeds'
It is currently ranked 5th on Hotbot UK
Ranked no1 on MSN UK
ranked 6th on Lycos UK
ranked 7 on Overture UK
ranked 14th On Wanadoo UK

also listed in other search engines

Any interest to anyone?

yes, it is recieving on average, around 300 visitors a month.

Hi, its actually 3 pages

but you're right, it doesn't take a masssive effort to build it. I build quite a lot of these sites. I have 'estate agent northern ireland' at the top of search engines, receiving about 1500 visitors a month. I've had a couple of offers to sell it, but I would'nt at this point.

I suppose I am primarily selling the domain name with the considerable bonus of good rankings and traffic. Last month 2,500 people searched online using the phrase 'estate agent leeds'

I would accept £150 for it, if it's of interest to anybody

thanks for your offer, its yours for £150 if you wish. You can check the page rank if you wish with online checkers, just to make sure you're satisfied with what I am saying. Yes, you can take all the content, if you like, I can continue to host the website if you want for £2 a month (£24 a year), its up to yourself.

You can pay by Paypal if you wish. I dont know if you have bought domains before, but you know that there will be a £30 fee to Nominet?
