 | .tv? just wondering what are peoples thought on ".tv"? not somthing iv looked into yet. i only ask because im thinking of buying my first .tv google result 35,700,000 for it. anyone got any advice? thanks.

| Member | Just be careful, as they have a "premium" list of names that cost silly amounts of money  You can probably get a lot of .tv domains without paying a premium though |

| | I have 4 of them. I quite like the extension, I think it works well when saying the domain out loud. If I was thinking of buying a premium one or buying a lot of them I would look in to the registry more closely (something to do with the island of tuvalu right?) just to check for any legal gotchas because I'm not sure if there are any rules regarding them suddenly deciding a .tv is a premium and therefore charging the owner more - hopefully not. | Member | I haven't heard anything odd about the rules, but the registry services seem to be run by eNom (DemandMedia) |

| | ok thanks guys...after thinking about it abit iv decided to give this ext a miss, just doesnt really float my boat  was going to grab JamesBond.tv think its gone now. would that have been any good? thanks. |
