cancelling a regged .eu.com domain

Hi,
i just saw to my horror that 5 .eu.com domains i own were renewed automatcally by 123-reg.com at a cost of around £200. Is there any way of cancelling this or is it tough titty.

Trying to get through to 123-reg is no fun, anyone know the answer?

Would you not have had to have set your account up for auto-renew? i.e. saved a credit card and then let the config stay at auto-renewal (which is probably the default).

If I wasn't so busy I'd have a look in my 123-reg ac but I would be of the view that it would be up to you to contact the company well in advance for cancellation and if you haven't done that then I don't think it is fair to give them a hard time about auto-renewing.

Sure,

wasnt going to give anyone a hard time to be honest. simply, co.uk domains can be cancelled/deleted after a certain time and i was wondering if the same applied to other tlds.
