PHP Builder

What do people recommend to build MySQL driven PHP sites? I am coding stuff by hand right now there must be some Windows software to make it easier?

I have PHP and MySQL running locally under Windows if that helps.

Any development tool recommendations?

Thanks

As a database administratror, I much prefer the manual approach as it tends to make you think more efficiently about your SQL rather than leaving some automated process to produce simple but often hugely inefficient queries (I don't like to think how many times I've seen select * and non efficient where clauses in people code). Write yourself a few PHP functions to add fields to an HTML form and you're most of the way there yet still retaining control.
