php nuke security code error

This is a longshot but maybe someone here knows how to fix this?!

I have PHP nuke 7.9 and when a user tries to login at the link below they can't because no security code is being shown, and yet it asks for it!

http://www.casiokingdom.org/modules....Account&stop=1

I have searched the web but only find advise for earlier versions of the software and nothing is working. I cannot find the advice needed to either fix the security code or remove it (for this version- 7.9)

Any help appreciated.

Have you got anything in the error_logs file in the root folder?

Also found this:

The most often cause is a blank space/line either before or after the php tags in your config.php, one of your language files, theme file, or some other include file.
