Could try adding a meta refresh tag to the middle page, like this:

Code:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60;url=http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/page.php">
Quote:
Note: The value "refresh" should be used carefully, as it takes the control of a page away from the user. Using "refresh" will cause a failure in W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
So that would give you:
Link > Middle Page with refresh meta tag > After 60 seconds will refresh to set URL

Ratboy by "visit" do you mean you actually want to visit it, or just get the hit/ip address on the site?

meta refresh or javascript is going to be your only option as PHP is server side and you can't control the browser

Do you actually need the user to visit the 1st site or do you just need to invoke the page?

If you don't need the visitor to see it, you could use CURL to call the site within your PHP and just display the intended result to the visitor in a single hit.
