Quickest way to increase a Google PR5 site?

One of my sites is currently ranked with a Google PR of 5 and seems to have got 'stuck' on 5 for some time now.

What's the quickest, most effective and best way to increase this further? Link from another (relevant) higher ranked site/page or other methods such as just more quality links in/out, etc?

Thanks all.

Hi,

one of the best methods i use all day at work is to find high PR blogs and use the good old comment feature

Dont make it look spammy as even a simple link without your keywords as anchor text will help

Took me less than 1 month to move a low traffic pr2 site to a PR 6

forgot to mention .. if you DONT use your keywords for anchor text then the topic of the refering site is less relevant and wont affect your search engine placement for the well ranked terms
