Does anyone have any lists of 'free to submit' website directories? I seem to remember quite a few months ago a user posted a link to one of their sites that listed hundreds of these... no idea what it was called though

I've downloaded and there are loads, mainly .com's, and a some have now changed to paid or disappeared, but still plenty to use for free.

http://www.incominglinks.com/ has quite a few (my site - and hasn't been updated for a while - but that's an incidental since it's relevant)
