Wanted. Someone To Manage Sites on Profit Share

Im looking for someone who knows about SEO to optimise and manage around 50-100 sites with full content and design. There is a good budget for expenses etc and many of the sites are established already.

the person would need to work on a profit share basis. It could be a very good opportunity to work with some good generics on sites like divorces.co.uk, recycler.co.uk,mortgageloans.co.uk many good finance sites and much more. I am working on another project next week and do not have the time to on page optimise and manage the sites.

Sites need sitemaps, keyword evaluation (ill provide the tools etc), more backlinks (i have a couple of full time people we can use), and various other types of marketing.

I need someone competent and who is prepared to work on a contract basis on shared profits which is negotatiable. I can provide any advice necessary.
