yes content can / would be included if you wish (It would be written by one of my professional UK seo content writers). After they are written I could assist in linking them to other pages (interlinking) & creating seo optimized titles, descriptions & Meta tags (if using wordpress I would also add 'tags').

Anybody paying you £35 an hour, or whatever you are charging, probably wants you to tell them what needs doing, rather than the other way round.

How could I possibly know what he wants doing without;
- Knowing what the site is
- What he wants to rank for
- Existing seo activities

In that post I thought / think that he was wanting a package with more content than offsite seo. When he tells me his site I will be able to offer advice based on that.
