I'm offering free 100% unique quality content for anyone that has a finance site/blog. In exchange I'd like 1 small text link in content back to my finance related site.

Since you're linkbuilding and i have a finance site i do nothing with [yet it gets some decent traffic]. I could host your article for you, happy to let you drop a few links in it etc, but would like a link back in return... I don't really want/care about the content.
