How long to get paid by Sedo if sell .eu domain name?

We have sold a .eu domain name, katie.eu, through Sedo. I approved the transfer a few weeks ago and it has been in the buyer's name in the WhoIs for about three weeks now.

In the transfer section of our Sedo account is says: "Buyer found. Transaction in progress... "

"10/04/06 The buyer has started transfer request. Please confirm the next transfer request from Eurid (all .eu Domains), or contact us to verify the request to be confirmed."

Nothing else since then.

How long has it taken other people to get paid by Sedo?

We have tried emailing Sedo support about two weeks ago but didn't get a response.

Hello,

Unfortunately the comments listed on the transaction page of your account are automated, and transfer agents do not have direct control over the displayed text.

During transfer users can refer to any email directly from the transfer agent as they are not automated.

Once payment is received the buyer sends the seller a request for transfer.
After the request has been initiated the actual transfer period depends on both the buyer and the seller.

After funds are received Sedo will wait until the whois information reflects either the new owner (or in some cases Sedo) to transfer the money to the seller.
