time for linda to please give it a rest, I have been with sedo 5 years and in all that time , I have NEVER had a email ignored , yes there may have been reasonable delay for some reason, but allways answers.....unless I wrote email wrong and did not realise it or some similar reason...life goes on..be happy...zee

In the other thread, Nora has stated that she has seen copies of the emails that he has sent to you, so either:

1) David and Nora are lying

2) You are lying

or

3) The emails were sent but for whatever reason you have not seen them - could be lost on route, could be filtered as spam etc

My bets would be on option 3.

You don't normally have headers on emails you send because at the point of sending them, the (full) headers don't exist

Like I've said before, I'm not taking sides - I've had my fair share of sedo-bashing on here in the past, mainly over the old £100 minimum commision on uk domains and the £100 = $100 issue which have now both been changed.

However, as it stands, it's your word against theirs and without having an independant third party going through the server logs, no one can prove whether or not an email was sent if it does not arrive.

When it comes down to it, if you are not happy with the service they provide, don't use them.
