We too have noticed service levels at sedo deteriorating recently. Unless you chase via your account manager nothing seems to get done. We had quite a nice pre Christmas sale complete on Monday. But it took 3 chasers all unanswered and a final one to the account manager to get the credit note issued on Thursday. Domain verification never seems to be done unless you chase the account manager.
