Sedo sales comment box error?

I recieved an offer on a pair of domains I have on Sedo, they countered to improve their offer and left a comment for me, when I try to make a reply to the buyer in the comment box, I get this error:

Sorry, your offer is invalid (Please use digits without commas and periods only) !

What?

My reply is clear enough, what digits without commas and periods is it on about?:

From memory are you not forced to make a counter offer in a seperate box on the form as well as making your comment?

This ^^^^, sedo forces you to make a counter offer if you want to reply to an offer.

From memory I think it's the � sign that's the problem.

Thanks for the replies, wasn't aware I had to enter something in the counter offer box if I was making a comment, as it says OR before using the second option of making a comment.

@ Ty, also tried it without the � sign, same result.

Added a price in the first option box and it went through.

Thanks Joanna,

I'ts gone through now that I added another price in the counter offer box, but it should be made clearer on the page what you have to do.
