Failure to make payment time frame?

All I can find is this:

"If a member reneges on his or her obligations as a Buyer (including failure to make payment on time), the associated account may be suspended, and/or the member�s Buyer Certification may be revoked. "

But I cannot find any reference to how many days/weeks Sedo would class as failure to make payment on time.

Any ideas anyone?

Forget that, found it:

We ask the buyer to remit payment within five (5) business days of an agreement and creation of the payment request, with the aim of receiving the money within ten (10) business days. The exact timeframe varies due to the time it can take for money to be sent to and from different countries.
