 | Commission claimed on failed sales.
I came to learn that Sedo charges non paying buyers the commission % on failed sales. Whether they can get the money is another matter. One guy in the past tried to come good and explained that he had to pay this % to enter negotiations again. Thoughts....

I suspect the phrase "...had to pay this % to enter negotiations again..." is probably the only time they do enforce it. Buyer I guess doesn't have a choice then and Sedo get the commsision twice !
