Like has been said, the market is dominated by eBay and Autotrader and I don't think spending money on this domain would be wise but if you must, I'd look beyond classified ads and build a magazine type format with good quality content and classifieds just a part of it.

The problem with the domain is if it's to be done well it requires a full time staff.
