Depends what the database is and what the script is meant to be extracting.

Yes there are loads around, free and paid. What is it you want to do?

i have the databases. just want a script to sit around them and show the norm adsense and aff stuff, so no 'content' needed.

To read the database into a page from scratch will take some work as the have to call the fields and then place them filter them, sort them.....

Do you mean a template around existing PHP or you purely have the DB..?
