Do you write it yourself or you have a team of writers? How do youhandle bulk projects? I'm thinking of ordering some packs for my sites but quite worried on the turn around time.

Thank-you for your enquiry, I write a lot of the content myself, however if there were specialist subjects I would get one of my colleagues to develop a draft article for me to then re-write in a format that meets your needs and that of your target audience.

With regard to large projects, I have dealt with these in the past by establishing when you need them to be completed by and I timetable them in to ensure this set target is met. However if you needed 100 articles completing in a day I would not complete this as I would not be willing to jeapordise the quality of the articles.

What I will say is that I would work with you to ensure the articles were always completed on time for you.

Well i have no choice but to post on Richards' thread.

Thoroughly dissapointed, lack of communication, and taking well over 4 weeks to complete 4 articles. Enough is enough, after some emails back and forth its obvious 2 of the articles were never completed as stated as I never received them and gave plenty enough time to send them. Refund was requested for the 2 remaining articles and none given (reason being they were done - but still no sign of them!!).

Very dissapointed indeed. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone on here who needs articles doing within a reasonable timeframe -if you dont mind waiting a month or two, maybe.

Thanks for your Glowing Report!! however just to clarify on a couple of points. The articles in question were sent some 3 weeks ago as promised. I had not heard anything back so assumed everything was okay (as anyone would).

Out of the blue I was contacted to say 2 have not been received, I have therefore fully co-operated and stated that they would be resent. I still promise to do this without a problem at all. However I am not in the office this week and can only resent upon my return. Matt has therefore requested a refund which I feel is unfair as I have spent time completing the articles as requested, when I explained this I was immediately threatened that if i didnt refund by 3pm today he would leave such a comment that it would hinder my business.

I'm sorry but I think i'm being reasonable and doing everything I can to assist.

Out of all of my customers I have not had any issues and always work alongside my clients, often working overnight to get articles and updates completed if they are urgent.

Rich - articles were requested on Fri 6th March!!
12th March i asked how you were getting on, you said "I'm hoping to have you them all sent over by mid next week at the latest.".
31st March(!!) You said "I am going to send over the few I have been working on today so that you can begin to add them onto your site."
6th April i said i'd had enough waiting for nearly a month so asked for the difference to be refunded.
16th April(!!) - You claimed you'd sent 4 articles over (why did I only receive 2 of them then?), i asked for you to resend.
17th April - You said "No problem I'll get them right over to you. There will be no refund as you have paid £20 for the 4 articles which is correct." (i was assuming I'd get them right away, obv. not)
You then said something about "carrying a backup or at the office computer"..didnt know you could write up articles in office work time but whatever, even though you said you "work mainly from home"

This carried on back and forth.. It's now Thursday 23rd April, well over a month after they were requested, and still no sign of these elusive 2 articles.

Articles were promised and i only received half of them, so imo you didn't fulfil your end of the deal. Just stating facts, have since found another content writer that i'm very happy with. Lets leave it at that shall we.

As a customer I do not want to disagree over this, however that is not a true record of events at all. Once the order was placed I received half of the money, I therefore sent 2 articles eithin a metter of days. I later sent the remainign 2 articles aprox 4 days later.

1 Month later you contacted me to state you hadnt received them, then you stated you had actualy received 2 of them??? I promised to resend no problem at all, without any hassle as I keep these on a pen drive in the office. However like I said I am off this week and working on customers articles. Again I promised to send these to you again as soon as I return to the office!!!

I'm sorry but I cant honestly see what I have done wrong here, articles were sent, apparently you didnt receive two of them and contacted me a month later to tell me this. I then promised to resend them to you. Then received an obsurd e.mail giving me a 3pm deadline or you would rubbish my service.

I wish you all the best with your new article writer and thank you again for your custom over the past months!
