We are looking for gradual link building, with good quality back links from relevant websites.
We need 30 links a month from PR2 or better pages per site. Number of sites depends on your performance.

Important terms and conditions:
1.links must be permanent and must contain the anchor text we provide you, and must link to the URLs we provide.
2.links need to persist at least 12 months otherwise any link dropped will be replaced by the provider for free
3.**NO** blackhat \ **ONLY** white hat techniques.
4.No more than 30 outgoing links per page
5.The page itself (not just the site) must be of PR 2 or higher for all links
6.Page the links are on, should have a Google cache from the last 21 days
7.links to each site must be from a unique URL
8.Will not accept links from: link farms, directories, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book's, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
9.links cannot be placed on flash sites, article websites, forums, guest books, directories, social bookmarks.
10.links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to these websites. No reciprocal linking.
11.No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
12.links must be from different Class-C IP addresses for each website
13.Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
14.link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
15.No links from websites with a Google penalty
16.All links must be permanent crawlable links in HTML: they cannot include a nofollow tag, be excluded by a robots.txt file or hidden in javascript, meta or redirect scripts
17.Blog linking in related topical bogs is acceptable.
18.The other standard link building conditions apply !.

Please note that you need to send a plan for approval before placing links. Once the submission is completed a link report is required with clickable URLs.
