He says he will then make payment. I'm not happy with that and said to make payment first and I will then send the form. If I send to him have I then lost all rights? should we be talking escrow? |

Once they have that, they can have the domain for free. [edit] I'm obviously posting too slow today

Now I just send the forms out before payment.. that way it encourages the buyer to make payment quicker. |

I don't know if Nominet would transfer the domain back to you - anyone know of any case history? -aqls-
