"A third party (the Buyer) using our Certified Offer Service(SM) has made an offer to buy XXXXXX.COM. The Buyer has entered into a binding agreement with Network Solutions to use our Certified Offer Service and funds to purchase the domain name have been pre-authorized on the Buyer’s credit card."

Anyone else ever received an offer from NS like this? The domain in question isn't mega value (low $xxx) and is actually listed on Sedo. If I accept there is no comission to pay on my part and I have 7 days to accept, reject or counter offer.

Well just a followup. I did a counter offer the same day as I posted the above, in the mid $xxx which was accepted fairly quickly.

Just received the cheque today. So if anyone gets an offer via NS, allow around 5 weeks in total.
