Hola,

Anyone have any thoughts on what a domain with the following stats would be valued at:

150 - 350 unique visits a day, 240 views per day on the average .

Overture + Extension = 546 searches done in September 2005.

Property themed .co.uk with zero promotion.

well, take parking revenue per day and multiply by 365 -- this should be minimum price i believe :)

That would make it worth about 250 quid min, have turned down 2k already and got a couple of people interested at the 2-3k mark.

For general parked names I often price up based on 12-18 months revenue but there does seem that several names do break the rules due to inherant value.

Just based on parking potential I would go for 3 x annual revenue. But then if it is an attractive name in its own right you would need to add on a lump for that - the amount obviously depends on the actual name.
