Oh and if you have the Google toolbar installed then of course entering keywords into the address bar will take you to Google for search results, rather than the browser jamming them together and sticking .com on the end which seems to generally be the default behaviour much enjoyed by domainers

I wouldn't be surprised if the prevalence of the G. toolbar is reducing .com domainers' traffic quite substantially in this respect.
