Tips Please!

Can anyone either give me some tips on setting up my StoreBurst sites or point me in the right direction. I've read Systreg's suggestions and was already doing most of what he's recommended (well, at least I am on the couple of shops I've spent a bit of time on

), but I'd especially like tips on:

1) Title
2) Description
3) Keywords

What should go in these headings?

How many words?

Should phrases be used?

How should they be seperated? space comma, semi-colon; or vertical line |?

Any other tips?

AND

What are the best (easiest, quickest and/or most effective) ways to promote the sites? Ideally, some quick to implement tips. Adding unique content is obviously a good idea - but time consuming!!

Hopefully, this thread might even become a useful reference point....?

Look at page sources of pages to get ideas.

A random site I took this from - the bold is what you would type into StoreBurst.

e.g.
