    I had never heard of this before.........

    does actually resolve to poundsymbol.com

    It is an IDN name that actually goes to xn--9a.com, which then redirects to poundsymbol.com

    Definately not worth £1m!

    so I assume this line in the article is BS

    " is one of only two domain names in the world with a single symbol "

    there will be more than two surely!

    I've heard of them.

    I'm sure some one on here was selling £stretcher. Not sure if it was but was up for sale somewhere.
