I see that 123reg has dropped the free search engine submission site, pity...z
I emailed them last Friday, not yesterday, the one before, no reply as of yet, I emailed them three times after that, still no reply. I phoned up eventually because I wanted a domain that I went to bed thinking I'd regd - imgine if that was one I'd sold for £500 last week.
Then I discovered they still hadn't refunded me, I also asked for a refund for a domain they invoiced me twice for and only refunded it once, I also asked them to go through the last 40 domains and sort the refunds out, they haven't.
And during this I'm supposed to spend 50p a minute asking for £6 back. Simple mathematics tells me I've just 'kin spent my refund.
4 refunds needed, got two back so far and probably £4 spent on a tech call.
Has their search worked at all today or is it my connection?
They seem to reply when they read things on here, doubt it but still. Now the payment with credits box dosn't show when you want a domain.
I would normally be one of the first when it comes to slagging 123-Reg off for their bad services but this totally blew me away.
I'm in the process of transferring two .com's to Godaddy and for the first time ever they asked me for the authorization codes which I had to get from 123-Reg, so reluctantly I sent them an email expecting a reply in about five days or more, and unbelievably I got a reply in only a few minutes and with the codes.
Does this mean that 123-Reg are Ok again or was I just lucky?
