    was champagne.co.uk your case? very difficult case and had the registrant being using the name for non champagne and non fizzy wines then I would have argued that the word is no longer exclusive to champagne i.e. you could call your music shop...champagne

    The most intersting assertion on this rileys.co.uk decision is the fact I asserted that the remedy request was unlawful....

    ie. transfer of a domain name that does not belong unequivocally to the complainant is unlawful..for the record Mr T Willoughby (the chair) failed to comment either way
